The Fish Club Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: Formerly a butcher shop, this place now boasts a modern and trendy setting. Tourists and loyal customers alike take a place on a banquette or at the counter in the dimly lit dining room.

Likes: The neat flavors; the contemporary décor.
Dislikes: The offhand waiting staff.

Food & Drinks: Chef Julien Burlat uses North Sea ingredients and pleases foodies’ palates thanks to precise cooking and flavors. For a satisfying meal, try the fried smelts with tartare sauce and the turbot seasoned with cumin and sided by greens and mushrooms. To finish it off, be sure not to miss the signature dessert, the homemade waffle with warm chocolate and Chantilly cream. The waiting staff lacks of professionalism though. Terse wine list and a half-dozen vintages served by the glass.
