![]() : A first Nevada location of Sam Fox’s healthy fast-casual restaurant has opened in the Rampart Commons, serving bowls, wraps, grains, greens, kombucha and a large variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The kitchen is helmed by executive chef Sean Rainaldi, who uses responsibly sourced ingredients prepared from scratch. Power-packed proteins including all-natural chicken, sustainable salmon, grass-fed steak and organic non-GMO tofu can be added to any salad, plate or bowl. Menu highlights include Vietnamese crunch, organic kale salads, avocado hummus and gluten-free chocolate pudding, brownies and chocolate chip cookies. The 5,590-square-foot restaurant offers lunch, dinner and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. |
