THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Flying Biscuit Cafe Restaurant Review:

This unit of The Flying Biscuit Café is located in a suburban outpost far removed from the concept's original funky Chandler Park spirit. The aesthetics are inspired by a country clapboard structure. Collard greens are very good, with a bit of chili pepper to them for interest instead of the standard pork, so they're fine for vegetarians. Breakfast is served all day, as at all locations, and guests often choose eggs and trimmings for supper. This unit plops a biscuit on every dish, even the dessert, a practice that makes no sense. Its presence on the very mushy and dull tasting peach shortcake is curious. Whole-wheat biscuits are not offered here, a pity as they're very good. The turkey meatloaf with its horseradish sauce and "pudge" (mashed potatoes) comes tepid and a bit tough on the outside. Other locations do this standard "FBC" dish much better. This location doesn't do the daily specials found at others.
