THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Fogon Restaurant Review:
In 2006, Alberto Herraiz left his restaurant near Notre-Dame-de-Paris to install himself some hundreds of meters farther away in a larger dining room, with a warmly colored pop décor. Nothing else changed, and so much the better. A clientele of heterogeneous night birds continues to enjoy themselves with the menu at €51, dedicated to rice. Go and taste the assortment of gazpachos, the paella, Iberian ham croquettes and tapas, salted or sweet. Fine and elegant preparations to drink, too, including Spanish wines. À la carte €60.
