Hollywood's historic Formosa Cafe re-opened under new ownership by the 1933 Group, lately responsible for the impressive restorations of landmarks Highland Park Bowl and Idle Hour. The Formosa dates back to 1939, and was a favorite of Marilyn Monroe and many other stars. Look for a modern cocktail program and a return to Chinese eats.
