This Atlanta-based chain of Mexican restaurants is notable not only for the high quality of the food, but also for the friendly and energetic service. The interiors are bright and colorful, decorated with pottery and other artifacts of Latin America. Besides the standards, try the ceviche with fresh orange roughy, the melted cheese with chorizo, the beef taquitos and the fish tacos. We also recommend the cortadillo, chunks of sirloin in pepper sauce; an authentic Mexican shish kebab; and the piquant charbroiled chicken breast.
