This all-American chain highlights burgers. The restaurant looks upon beef as an artist's palette waiting for piles of color and texture. You build your own, starting with 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 or 1 pound patties grilled to order. Toppings are countless and plenty of cheese is always along for the ride: there's enough cheddar to melt onto your plate and convert mere french fries into hot cheese wedges.
