: General Porpoise is part of chef Renee Erickson's Sea Creatures restaurant group, which also includes The Walrus and the Carpenter, The Whale Wins, etc. Here, the focus is on doughnuts. They are made with fresh eggs and filled with seasonal jams and custards, such as hibiscus and pluot jam or huckleberry cream. Espresso drinks, small-batch draft sodas and draft sparkling iced tea are also served.
