This franchise of the Houston chain started by Russell Ybarra serves up typical fast Tex-Mex: chicken and fajita beef nachos, sizzling fajita platters, enchilada combo plates and big margaritas. On the unusual side for a Tex-Mex spot are the barbecued pork ribs and plate of shrimp and crawfish tails sautéed in a creamy white wine sauce, served atop a grilled chicken breast. It also offers a kid-friendly menu with burgers and such.
