The soaring space, where vintage Hollywood photos line rich walnut-clad walls, features a retro 50-foot marble bar and unique built-in lighting fixtures that constantly change colors. Settled into one of the cozy booths, we enjoy the contemporary twists on old favorites, like lobster-and-crab cakes with orange-chipotle butter, grilled trout with lemon-brown butter sauce and spice-cured pork chop with cheddar grits. Steaks, of course, are also on offer. Desserts include familiar items like banana cream pie and German chocolate cake.
