THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Hong Min Restaurant Review:

The real thing---a no frills, no fuss Chinatown mainstay that has built a loyal legion of fans over the years. It's both inexpensive and good. BYOB if you wish. Dishes we love here are the hot-and-sour soup, stir-fried lobster and hot pot dishes. The dim sum, however, needs something to perk it up. Compared to other places in Chinatown, Hong Min falls short. But its a friendly place, though, so that makes up for a few shortcomings, at least when it comes to dim sum.
