This downtown restaurant is a treat---not so much because of its satisfactory but unmemorable food but because of its location. The restaurant resides on a small barge that is anchored on Lake Erie, adjacent to the U.S.S. Cod submarine and within view of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum, the Great Lakes Science Center and the Cleveland Browns stadium. The menu is extensive, and while seafood is the specialty, meat and pasta entrées are just as well prepared. This is one of the few places to enjoy a cocktail while watching a blazing sunset over Lake Erie. Drop in for lunch between visits to the museums; making a pit stop here is a convenient, inexpensive addition to a family outing.
