THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Hot Wok Cafe Restaurant Review:

When we’re in the North County suburbs, we’re don’t expect anything fancy or adventurous, so this modest, reasonably priced cafe suits us fine. We enjoy the well-prepared versions of the Cantonese Chinese food of our youth---egg rolls, barbecued spare ribs and flavorful noodle soup crammed with vegetables and meat---as well as such tasty Szechuan dishes as honey shrimp, savory pork, and beef with orange peel. The pot stickers--- which boomers regard as the egg rolls of a more fortunate younger generation---are also very nicely done.
