Terrific barbecue that is laid down in humungous portions in true barbecue hut style. This is Carolina barbecue (vinegar-based sauce), and the pulled pork is perfectly rendered. Trenchermen will meet their match when they match up with the combination platter (ribs, chicken, pork). Side dishes, so important to good barbecue---macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, cornbread---are terrific.
