The American cuisine at this popular restaurant is contemporary but never pretentious. Hullaballoo serves everything from cheeseburgers 'n' fries to Colorado lamb chops atop Yukon gold potatoes. We're fans of the Pacific sea bream on lobster whipped potatoes and the blackened prime rib (seared in a cast-iron skillet; different than the slow-roasted variety, which is also on the menu). When counting calories, though, we recommend you go for the Backyard Salmon served with jasmine rice and a crunchy broccoli stir-fry.
