Owner-chef Alexander Hult grew up in Sweden, learning the art of hospitality from his hotelier mother. A professional hockey player (San Jose Sharks), Hult married Sarah Chapman, former Miss Nevada, and together they have carved out a culinary niche. Hult's Restaurant has transitioned into a location of Flights, offering tapas, cocktails and more. The menu features "Food Flights" with trios of tacos, empanadas, french fries, mini pizzas and sliders.
