Humidor Churrascaria specializes in rodizio --- a Brazilian style of service where waiters bring skewers of grilled meats to the table. For a fixed price, diners can enjoy an all-you-can-eat meal of filet mignon, sirloin steak, beef tenderloin and top sirloin, plus chicken, pork tenderloin and rack of lamb. Also included are trips to the salad bar buffet, which can be ordered on its own as an option for vegetarians. The restaurant is located adjacent to the Graycliff Hotel, which owns and operates Humidor Churrascaria.
