Playing off a vintage cafeteria theme, Jack's is known for its customized salads, allowing diners to choose their greens, protein, toppings and dressing on the spot. Pre-designed options are also available, including the Thai salmon, kale and quinoa and Santa Fe chicken. For something heartier, select from rotisserie meats and other comfort food classics such as meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Plenty of sandwiches are also on the menu, including the California cheesesteak, Cajun chicken and New York-style Reuben.
