The chef's choice prix-fixe menu earned a following; lately, though the dishes are good, the high price tag has left a sour taste in our mouths.

THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Jai Yun Restaurant Review:
Chef Nei' Chia Ji earned an underground reputation as the Thomas Keller of Shanghai cuisine serving a chef's choice prix-fixe menu ranging between $35 and $155 per person. It appears, however, once the word got out, that prices went up and food went down. We chose the $55 option and received essentially a 15-course amuse-bouche that included cucumber salad, gluten chicken, a couple of meat courses and three seafood selections. Some of the dishes were good, but the high price tag left a sour taste in our mouths.
