The European-inspired menu highlights seasonal ingredients and might include such dishes as tuna tartare Provençal with tomato, capers, lemon juice, shallots and crostini; lamb chops with oyster mushroom, bulgur, and sweet Moroccan sauce; and the Tomahawk with 42-ounce Angus rib-eye, and baby bok choy.
