THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS The Joint Restaurant Review:

In a town not exactly known for barbecue, The Joint is a culinary enigma. It doesn't look like much from the outside (or on the inside, for that matter), but one bite of the well-seasoned barbecue instantly makes the décor unimportant. The platter with ribs, brisket, pulled pork, macaroni and salad is so huge that it seems like the cooks are daring you to try to eat it all. You will, because the meats are irresistible. The brisket is fork tender every time, and the pulled pork is another good choice. Sandwiches fairly ooze with sauce dripping over the sides, and once your taste buds scream for something sweet, it’s time for the peanut butter pie. Freshly brewed sweet tea is also available. Its out-of-the-way location makes it one of the city's best-kept food secrets, but now that you know about it, bang your knife and fork on the table (everybody else does) and dig into some of the best ribs in town.
