A common theme is missing from the menu, and pricing seems as baffling, so we wondered how to order. Start with a Caesar salad, risotto or ceviche? Move on to a chicken Caesar salad, shrimp fajitas or a Cobb salad for the main course? Or maybe a red snapper, vegetable platter or chicken quesadilla? Jose's Grill does manage to maintain the same tea room ambience of the former occupant, Thanh Thanh Vietnamese restaurant.
