: Tracking down the Kabob Square food truck is worth the effort, especially if you are a fan of kofta kabobs. Tender and juicy beef cubes (kubideh kabobs) are cooked and then spiced with a drizzle of tzatziki sauce and feta cheese and wrapped in tender pita. You can also enjoy your favorite beef in a salad with lettuce, tomato and feta or enfolded in a tortilla as a kofta kabob burrito. On the menu as well are chicken breast; gyros made from seasoned beef and lamb slices; and for something more vegetarian, the owner’s assorted takes on falafel --- all are available as a sandwich, salad or burrito. These four main choices may be ordered as platters, too. |
