THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Kitchen Galerie Bis Restaurant Review:

The décor and cuisine of Kitchen Galerie Bis are reminiscent of Ze Kitchen Galerie --- the design features impressively high ceilings and bright, splashy colors. What to say about the cuisine? It’s equally accomplished --- from the precision with which everything is cooked to the tastes and flavors to the presentation. Young chef Yariv Berrebi is talented, having spent one year with Alain Senderens at Lucas Carton, one year with Yannick Alléno at the Hôtel Meurice and two years at Ze Kitchen Galerie with William Ledeuil. We especially enjoyed the melt-in-the-mouth beef ravioli and perfumed coconut and lemon grass broth, and the celeriac broth with foie gras emulsion. Everything on the menu is an invitation to delight, you have only to simply dive in and savor dishes like sea bream marinated in kumquat juice; roasted monkfish with grapefruit and sauce vierge; and roasted pigeon accented with a ginger-cranberry condiment. Make sure to take time for desserts like the masala black tea ice cream and passion fruit cream.
