Frozen custard seems to taste best after a hot meal or when the temperature soars, but even in the dead of winter, at Kohr Brothers it tastes pretty darn good. Soft-serve smooth custard comes in limited flavors at this vendor, including vanilla-chocolate, mint-chocolate and peanut butter-chocolate. Our favorite is the vanilla-orange, which pairs a slightly tart orange with a creamy-sweet vanilla. We thought the peanut butter-chocolate tasted more like a candy bar than frozen custard.
