Landlord Christophe Recouvreur and chef Osamu Naïto preside in these contemporary yellow-and-blue digs. A native of Japan, Naïto serves a cuisine of his own by artfully carving fishes, meat and vegetables; dishes that identify him are black figs millefeuille with goat’s cheese and Parma ham, thick-cut swordfish with pan-fried gambas and cuttlefish, and, to finish, rum flambé and roasted pineapple.
