THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED La Queue de Cheval Restaurant Review:
THIS RESTAURANT IS CHANGING LOCATIONS In a city well known for topnotch steaks, La Queue de Cheval sets the bar for its competition. The cuts of dry-aged USDA beef are butchered in-house, spiced just so and brought to the table for inspection before being grilled to order. The rib-eye is notable but few can help but come back for the specialty, Lou’s Choice Cut. Fresh fish is offered roasted, seared or prepared to diners’ specifications; lamb, veal, lobster and a fish market round out the offerings. The knowledgeable sommeliers help patrons make a selection from the impressive wine list.
