Block 16 Urban Food Hall, located on the second level of the Boulevard Tower at The Cosmopolitan, is an urban market consisting of six food and beverage outposts which have been established regionally throughout the country. Among them is this sandwich eatery from Portland chef Rick Gencarelli. The menu includes sandwiches made with Korean pork shoulder, house kimchi and chili mayo; Philly roast turkey and provolone; and smoked St. Louis ribs. Draft beer is available.
