Denis Franc is a hardworking craftsman who does not tolerate compromise in his cooking, which is straightforward, unaffected by the latest trends, and blessed with an elegant sense of detail. His sauces are carefully prepared to bring out their flavors and enhance each ingredient. Some dishes you can expect include Marennes oyster with green asparagus, makrut lime écume with rum-infused sausage, Rossini blue lobster, and roast sea bass. Located near the border with Médoc, the restaurant has a soothing décor. Bordeaux wines dominate the cellar.
