Pascal Angenard's success lies in hard work with good, dependable results. We like the classic, unpretentious cuisine of this excellent sauce-maker, who brings out the best in quality ingredients, and does it with great precision. Try the lobster roasted with cider vinegar and creamy potatoes, turbot cooked on the bone, shallot confit with potatoes, and side of veal with morel mushrooms and macaroni. Pretty, homy dining room. The "Market Special" menu is a delight. Yummy desserts, good cellar. Professional, amiable service in a comfortable décor.
