Little Dove is a romantic and intimate (there are just 50 seats) salon setting draped in luxurious Moroccan velvet that features sculptures and furnishings from the late Sign of the Dove. Some of the modern American dishes and long-time Sign of the Dove favorites prepared by partner-chef Andrew D’Amico and executive chef Larry Kolar include skate wings sautéed with caramelized onions and artichokes and chanterelle risotto with shaved truffles. Also apparent: stylish, on-target service.
