LOCALA is the signature restaurant in DTLA’s The Mayfair Hotel. Executive chef Karo Patpatyan (Spago) is at the helm. His California-inspired menu includes Spanish octopus aguachile with yuzu broth and sumac; grilled rib-eye with Argentinean chimichurri; Carpentaria prawns with white corn salad and salsa macha; and oxtail tostadas with cilantro salsa verde. Brunch dishes range from smoked salmon latkes to red velvet waffles and shakshuka. Look for beer, wine and handcrafted signature cocktails.
