South Philly-born chef-owner Michael O'Mara trots the globe at this New Jersey restaurant, transplanted from its original location in Voorhees. The menu is primarily New American with Mediterranean touches. From a tasty chicken Milanese to a winning stuffed pork chop with figs, apricots and goat cheese, O’Mara displays a deft touch with flavor pairings and presentation. For starters, try the zippy fried calamari with sautéed cherry peppers and garlic aïoli.
