Magic Lamp Inn Restaurant Review:
Dating back to the ’50s is this old-school steakhouse with a woodsy, Tiffany lamp-induced romantic ambience. Despite an impressive wine list, this is the place for a stiff martini or Tom Collins, before indulging in shrimp cocktail or crab Louie salad, followed by surf ‘n’ turf or the signature prime rib. For a time-tripping finale, consider concluding with a flaming dessert prepared tableside by a polished server. The bar scene is surprisingly lively at this remnant from the Eisenhower administration.
