Maltby's Public House Restaurant Review:
Maltby's Public House is one of the few places to find decent fish ‘n’ chips in Los Altos. The Brussels sprouts appetizer and truffle fries are also good, and the French dip is consistently juicy. The Maltby’s house salad with butter lettuce and warm pistachio-crusted goat cheese is always a winner, as is the spinach salad with toasted pecans and maple vinaigrette. We recommend the Cobb salad, too. Order carefully and don’t elevate your expectations. This is a place for watching sports on TV and sharing a cocktail with friends.
