Mbar Restaurant Review:

From the 14th floor of the 400 Fairview building, the indoor/outdoor venue has the work of local artists everywhere from the doors to the lap blankets that will allow the patio to remain open year-round. Primarily a cocktail-focused spot, Mbar offers classic drinks that get updates, like the Stratton Manhattan, which has Amaro Montenegro in the mix, and the beachy Rum Royale with cantaloupe, rum and sparkling wine. Snacks draw inspiration from around the world, including the vaguely Spanish but ultimately addicting fried potatoes with chiles and cilantro. For bigger meals, soft polenta melts with Bolognese bianca and foie gras.
