Cure Restaurant Review:

While it may seem an odd moniker for a cocktail bar, Cure’s name is inspired by a bygone era "when cocktails grew out of medicine and home remedies." Among the often-changing drinks selections, guests might find the Tequila Rose, with Centinela Blanco tequila, Campari, grapefruit, lime, grenadine, rosewater, salt and mezcal mist. Bar snacks and small plates include sweet potato-stuffed gnocchi and assorted artisan cheese plates, and if you have never tasted a honey-infused peanut soup, this is the place. The white chocolate almond cake drizzled with chocolate liqueur is reason enough to find Cure. Happy hour rules all week, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Insider’s tip: Stop by on Thursdays for 40 percent off bottled wines.
