Cure Restaurant Review: Cure's name is inspired by a bygone era "when cocktails grew out of medicine and home remedies." The goal here was to create an environment of sophistication where the cultured socialize and have an appreciation for spirits. Not into cocktails? Drawn mostly from old-world sources, the wine list offers numerous selections by the glass, and Thursday is half-price bottles night. Bar snacks and small plates include a short rib “debris” sandwich, a bacon and blue cheese tartine, and a crab salad sandwich. A slice of dark chocolate cake with caramel sauce will leave a sweet edge to the experience. |
