Juliette Restaurant Review:

This French bistro in Williamsburg---thankfully close to a subway station---has none of the pretension and all the pizzazz one craves while having a romantic dinner or tête-à-tête with a friend. The menu is full of the classic staples: broiled escargots, shaved Brussels sprouts salad, French onion soup, and grilled hanger steak. You’ll also find more surprising and locally sourced meals, like the organic chicken paillard with Brooklyn Grange Rooftop Farms young greens, aged manchego and stem tomato; and a juicy, spicy lamb burger with aged boucheron cheese and hand-cut french fries. The room is spacious, with small round tables, a long banquette and low lighting; the only downside is the acoustic situation---the room can get loud. In the spring, summer and early fall, there’s a beautiful, leafy rooftop patio.
