Memories of India Restaurant Review:
With a wide range of items to choose from on this authentic Indian menu, even picky eaters will find something to sample---Sunday’s brunch buffet is a good way to try everything. Start with the aloo papri chaat---crispy potato and flour chips topped with tamarind chutney and yogurt dressing---or a basket of freshly made bread. The standout entrée, fish tikka, is marinated in rich spices and cooked inside a traditional tandoor oven, lending the fish a smoky flavor. Our favorite go-to dishes are those with lamb and shrimp, especially the vindaloo. Most meals come with a variety of sides, providing a sensation of spices and flavors---and don’t miss the three varieties of bread, from chewy naan to flaky paratha. For the timid palate, almost all of the dishes come in mild versions of their spicy counterparts.
