It’s fine dining, the casual way, at this Eaton Collection hot-spot. Understated nautical décor, a conversational buzz and quality fish preparations make eating here a somewhat theatrical experience. Seafaring diners enjoy everything from farm-raised Atlantic salmon to yellowfin tuna. The menu is printed twice daily, emphasizing freshness and the changing availability of different seafood selections. Try the lobster and shrimp stuffed cod served in a white wine garlic sauce with smashed redskins and asparagus. Diners also will find a few beef items on the menu, along with a handful of salads. Portions are generous --- almost to a fault, when it comes to desserts. A clever cocktail list enlivens an otherwise blah bar area.
