Ristorante Parma’s robust pastas and hearty Italian red wines keep this Marina favorite hopping late into the night. Waitstaff is a lively bunch whom you half expect to break into a chorus of "That’s Amore" as they dash from table to table. Crusty, thick-cut Italian bread arrives with a dish of herbs and olive oil for dipping; linguine alla vongole is heaped with clams and mussels in a garlicky white wine sauce; the risotto, however, can be lackluster. Once the place fills up, no one seems to notice the noise.
