THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Mick's Restaurant Review:
When you get a craving for a good burger, you cant go wrong at Micks. Among the tasty choices are the original bacon-cheddar, the bacon---and---blue-cheese and the hickory-cheddar, served on whole-wheat or sesame seed buns. The menu also includes many chicken sandwich variations and lots of fresh salads. For the really hungry, there are steaks, chops, ribs, pastas and Southern-style options like fried chicken fingers, old-fashioned meatloaf and chicken potpie. This is a great place to bring kids, and they get their own menus with pint-sized portions. For dessert, try the Oreo cheesecake or chocolate cream pie. The original Peasant Corporation concept was sold, dividing Micks among several owners, and the chain now has nine locations throughout Atlanta. Most of the old, familiar, popular menu items remain. Consistency and service may slip from time to time; nevertheless, theyre light and bright with lots of mirrors, and sometimes are quite dramatic visually. Most people leave feeling theyve had a good time and received good value for their dining dollar. Greg Buckley owns this location, which offers all-you-can-eat specials during the week, as well as locations at Lenox Square, Undergound and Peachtree Center.
