Try the halibut ceviche, bright with citrus notes and a spunky jalapeño relish. A spicy chicken cassoulet keeps company with black beans and chorizo, and the grilled flatiron steak arrives drizzled with a tangy green chile mole. A half order of tasty lamb chops grilled with chorizo is always a good idea. The cinnamon flan is the way to go for dessert.
