THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Mo's Diner Restaurant Review:
Mo's Diner has a moniker that doesn’t do justice to the refined cuisine served in this charming restaurant housed in a turn-of-the-century cottage with lace curtains, pine floors and a fireplace in every dining room. Holly Mohajer turns out simple, well-prepared Mediterranean fare. Start with the pear salad with Gorgonzola and pecans or the mussels lyonnaise. Then indulge in rack of lamb with fried spinach, grouper with crab and lemon butter, a Marseille-style seafood stew or grilled pork tenderloin simply served with caramelized onions. Save room for desserts such as the banana napoleon. The wine list focuses on small wineries, mostly from California, but the selection is global and offers some 20 by the glass and 15-30 by the half bottle.
