: Founded by brothers Eddie and Alfred Pao, Mosa Asian Bistro is the fast-casual cousin to their chain of Formosa restaurants that were once located across the city. Formosa is no more, but its devoted fans now dine at Mosa for Singapore curry noodles, Korean barbecue beef, Thai calamari or General Pao’s chicken (their version of General Tso’s). Inside, the bright yellow walls provide for a cheery atmosphere, and the open kitchen allows diners to watch as cooks prepare their food. Mosa offers a variety of cupcakes for dessert. Liquor is not served, only beer and wine, the menu for which is small and unimpressive but affordable. |
