Amid a row of burger and burrito sidewalk cafés on this stretch of State Street, Kelly Brown keeps pumping out healthy food. About three-quarters of the menu is vegetarian, but it’s not all tofu and rice. Our favorite is Montezuma’s Revenge, a scrumptious plateful: corn tortillas stuffed with black beans, rice, and cheese, topped with spicy enchilada sauce, sour cream and guacamole. There are also soups, fresh salads, sandwiches, pastas, chicken and seafood, along with a juice bar and smoothies.
