NBA City Restaurant Review:
On the waterfront at Universal CityWalk, NBA City is a good bet for sports fans who want plenty of food and non-stop action while they dine. We enjoy the retro videos --- footage from NBA archives with memorable performances and rivalries, from Bill Russell and Wilt Chamberlain to Kevin Garnett and Kobe Bryant --- more than the food. The menu is standard fare, like jambalaya with jumbo shrimp sautéed with andouille sausage and chicken, filet mignon with Crown Royal maple demi-glaze, blackened mahi mahi, and smoked baby-back ribs. Burgers, pastas, salads and pizzas round out the menu. Kids of all ages enjoy the interactive area to test their shooting skills and trivia knowledge.
