An unexpected find in your typical suburban strip mall, this basically South Indian restaurant offers an affordable lunchtime buffet with a composite mix of North and South Indian offerings---the fried vegetable pakoras, dal, and the goat curry are particularly noteworthy. While the assortment isn’t broad, and you may wish for more bread, the production is above average, and seasonings are full-bore correct. Unfortunately, menu dishes are available only at night, so if you are longing for a lamb vindaloo (a chicken vindaloo may be on the buffet line) or something more exotic, plan a nighttime visit.
