NOBU IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. Chef Matsuhisa Nobuyuki has added to his growing culinary empire. His restaurants in London and New York now have a sibling in Paris. Yet again, he has chosen a familiar, minimalist décor, and the menu is virtually identical to that of the other branches. The formula seems to be working, as a trendy fashion crowd stops by regularly to enjoy Nobu's fusion take on Japanese cuisine.
